Trouble shooting for 3.5" External Hard Disk Drive

Symptom

After power-on the drive and connect to computer, the drive can't work, and you can hear the drive spin, stop, spin and stop, but it can't spin up finally.

Reason

The AC adapter in the package is 1.25A, but the hard disk drive you are using is probably needs more power to work, so the drive can't spin up for work properly.

Solution

Use 2A or higher current AC adapter to solve this power problem.
