HD360C IEEE
1394 (FireWire) interface problem and solution.
A:
Use HD360C with IEEE
1394 (FireWire) interface, if got error message when copy large
file, please download this file -HD360C_Upgrade.zip
to upgrade the firmware of HD360C.
The procedure for the upgrade
is:
1.
Unzip the downloaded
file.
2.
Connect HD360C to
computer via USB interface, this upgrade program only works with
USB device.
3.
After the USB HD360C
is recognized, run the upgrade program -- "PL-3507 FW
Update Writer-2003-10-29-001.exe", this program will
automatic find the device and update the firmware.
4.
After the upgrade is
complete, safely remove HD360C, plug out the USB cable from
computer, power-off HD360C.
5.
Power-on HD360C and
then re-connect to computer, the new firmware will be active.
